Dr. Donnovan Jackson — Owner & Broker

Dr. Donnovan Jackson is a retired United States Army Veteran with over 20 years of distinguished service as a Public Health practitioner. Throughout his military career, he deployed to numerous countries in support of humanitarian assistance operations and military missions, providing leadership and expertise in complex and demanding environments.

During his tenure in the U.S. Army, Dr. Jackson held multiple leadership and instructional roles within the military public health profession, including: Safety and Environmental Health Manager, Academic Advisor, Public Health Instructor, Environmental Science Instructor, Community Health Instructor, Industrial Hygiene Officer, and Occupational Health Manager. His career reflects a deep commitment to discipline, risk management, operational oversight, and mission execution—principles that now guide his approach to real estate brokerage and business leadership.

Education & Academic Leadership

Dr. Jackson earned a Bachelor's and Master's degree in Public Health with concentrations in Environmental Health Management. He later completed his PhD in Public Health, further strengthening his expertise in leadership, systems management, and strategic planning. In addition to his military service, he served as a professor at South University and American Military University, where he mentored and instructed future professionals in public health and environmental sciences.

Under his leadership, Noble Group entities provide strategic representation across residential, commercial, farm and ranch, and investor-focused transactions. His analytical background and disciplined negotiation style enable clients to make informed, confident real estate decisions.
